Differences in Brand
Names Farmall versus
International or McCormick:
- Farmall tractors are
the row crop tractors produced between 1924 and 1967.
- International tractors
are the standard tread or wheatland tractors, industrial tractors and utility
tractors.
- Starting in 1967 (with
the 56 series) all tractors carried the International name.
- McCormick was sold in
2000 by Case IH to a brand new company from England. Therefore, there is a new
modern Maxum tractor carrying the McCormick name.
