Your purchases can be paid for by credit card, personal check (US customers only) or by money order. To submit your order electronically, click on one of the links below.
- Visit our secure online shopping cart.
- Give us a call at (563) 924-2880. Have the item numbers and your credit card number handy.
- Print and fax or mail your order to us on our Fax/Mail Order Form.
- Send us an e-mail with the items you are requesting, shipping address, and payment information. If you are uncomfortable sending your credit card number by email, just leave your daytime phone and we will be glad to call for your payment information.
Paying by Check:
Checks returned by your bank will be charged a $29 return fee.
Speedy shipping without the express charge!
We will try to fill your order within 24 hours. If we cannot ship your order right away, we will NOT cash your check or money order or charge your credit card until we ship your order. Please include $20 to cover shipping and handling charges. If you have an email address on file, we will send you an order acknowledgement when we have processed your order. We always try to notify our customers of new product delivery dates in our ads, update lists, and on our website: www.bossenimp.com.
Shipping and Backorders:
We ship via Federal Express, Spee-Dee, and US Postal Priority Mail. Next Day and Second Day Air Service are also available. Saturday delivery for air shipments is available in most areas, but at an additional cost. Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of your order. COD orders are not accepted. Actual freight and handling will be charged on all shipments.
Please report any damaged packages or product to us immediately and we will call the freight carrier for you. We will replace the damaged item only upon its return to us.
Out of Stock Items:
If we have sold out of a limited quantity item, we will issue a refund with your order. If we are able to supply the item to you at a later date, we will place the item on backorder in your name.
If you are not satisfied with any item, return to it us in its unopened original packaging for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your invoice along with a note telling us about your dissatisfaction and what you would like us to do. If returning a gift, include the gift buyer's name and address along with your note.
NOTE: Refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
We will gift-wrap almost any item in our catalog, website, or in our store. (For large items, please call us to verify if we are able to gift wrap it.) This special service includes gift-wrap, ribbon, and a gift card. We will send the gift-wrapped items either to you or anyone you ask us to. There is a charge of $5.00 per gift wrapped by us.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We prefer credit cards for payment, but will accept money orders in US funds only. PLEASE do not send us Canadian currency or personal checks.
Shipping and handling charges will be billed to your credit card. Your backorders will not be charged until they are shipped out. If you are paying with a money order, please add $45 for shipping and handling. You will be credited or charged for the difference between the shipping and handling charges and the $45 charge. Please state US Postal Service, or FedEx.
Bossen Implement Gift Certificates:
We will send a gift certificate to any person you request us to, in any amount requested, along with a Bossen Implement catalog. Just write in "Gift Certificate" on our order form, and the amount of gift requested. Enclose your payment or fill in the charge information the same as you would do on a regular order or charge your order by telephone. Gift certificates can be redeemed over the telephone.
If you are receiving more than 1 catalog or update list, PLEASE notify us. Mail or call us with the customer numbers and addresses, indicate the correct address and customer number, and we will correct our mailing list.
